We are currently seeking entry-level and experienced candidates for the position of Center-Based ABA Therapist / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at our state-of-the-art ABA Center in Bangalore, India. BeChange Center for Autism is a leading Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy provider, committed to providing comprehensive and compassionate care to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Location & Schedule:

Location: BeChange Center for Autism, Bangalore, India.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday. Shifts may vary, accommodating the needs of our clients and their families.

Responsibilities:

As a Center-Based ABA Therapist / RBT at BeChange Center for Autism, you will be part of a dedicated team providing hands-on ABA therapy to children between the ages of 2 and 6 with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Your role will involve 1:1 and group therapy sessions, supervised by experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). You will collaborate with your team, participate in team meetings, and engage in continuous professional development through training workshops. In addition to therapy sessions, you will be involved in organizational tasks around the center, contributing to the holistic care environment we provide.

Qualifications:

– High School Diploma required. A bachelor’s Degree (completed or in progress) in Psychology or a related field such as ABA Therapy is preferred.

– 12+ months’ experience working with children, with preference given to candidates with experience in autism, behavioral problems, and/or other developmental disabilities.

– Excellent communication skills.

– Commitment to growth and development in the ABA field.
