I am a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BcaBA) with over 14 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), specializing in improving the lives of children with autism and other developmental disorders. As the Founder and Behavior Analyst at Be Change Center for Autism in Bangalore, I design and implement behavior intervention plans, conduct functional behavior assessments, and provide training to both parents and therapists. My academic background includes an M.Phil in Psychology and a P.G. Diploma in Organizational Behaviour Management, complemented by advanced ABA training from the Florida Institute of Technology. My expertise spans from early childhood to early adulthood, focusing on skill assessment, behavior change procedures, and data-driven decision-making to enhance the long-term quality of life for my clients.
