MSc in Clinical Psychology from Mount Carmel College, Bengaluru

Sharon has completed her MSc in Clinical Psychology from Mount Carmel College, Bengaluru. She has also completed a Certification in Early Childhood and Counselling and is an Applied Behavior Analysis Technician (ABAT). With 10 years of professional experience in ABA and developmental intervention, she began her career as an ABA Therapist and has worked extensively with children from early childhood through adolescence. Her professional experience encompasses early intervention, behavioural support, communication and social skills, adaptive functioning, school readiness, and the development of functional independence.

Sharon is particularly committed to early intervention and family-centred practice. She places strong emphasis on equipping parents with practical strategies and knowledge, enabling them to actively support their child’s development beyond the therapy setting. She believes that meaningful progress is best achieved through consistent collaboration between the child, family, and intervention team, with skills being supported and generalised across everyday environments. Her approach is individualised and strengths-based, with a focus on understanding each child’s unique needs, building functional skills, and supporting their journey towards greater independence and participation at home, in school, and in the wider community.
